Bawku Conflict : One Dead, Others Injured As MPs House Is Set Ablaze
One person has been confirmed dead and three others injured at Binduri following renewed clashes linked to the Bawku Conflict.

One person has been confirmed dead while three others were injured at Binduri following renewed clashes linked to the protracted Bawku Conflict.
According to media reports, the deceased was found dead inside his house at Binduri after he was not seen for three days.
The three others who suffered injuries include a radio manager in the Binduri town after they were attacked by unknown assailants.
In a separate development, the Member of Parliament for the Binduri area Lawyer Issifu Mamudu's house located at his hometown Belimpisi, a saburb of Binduri has been set ablaze.
The burning of the MPs house is as a result of what many described as failure on his part to intervene in the ongoing conflict due to some promises he made during the 2024 elections.
Police have since launched investigations in to the matter and are hopeful of arrest.
