The glittering ceremony marked the 72nd edition of the Miss World pageant. Reigning queen Krystyna Pyszkova of the Czech Republic passed on the crown in a heartfelt moment, closing her reign and ushering in a new chapter with Opal at the helm. 

Chuangsri, 21, captivated both judges and viewers, not only with her poise and elegance but also with her heartfelt message and social advocacy.

Draped in a dazzling white gown adorned with opal-like florals, Opal represented her personal campaign, "Opal For HER," which highlights the strength and beauty of women who overcome hardship. Her outfit was more than just fashion—it was a story.

Hasset Dereje Admassu of Ethiopia claimed the title of first runner-up, earning widespread praise for her performance and platform.
