2026 UCC Scholarship: Apply Now for Financial Aid for Needy but Brilliant Students
The University of Cape Coast is accepting applications for the 2026 UCC Scholarship for needy but brilliant regular and distance students. Apply from June 9 to July 7, 2025.

The University of Cape Coast (UCC), through its Students' Financial Support Office (StuFSO), has officially opened applications for the 2026 UCC Scholarship Scheme, targeted at needy but academically brilliant students enrolled in regular and distance programmes. The application period runs from 9th June to 7th July 2025.
Who Can Apply?
To qualify for this highly competitive scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Be Ghanaian by birth.

Be enrolled as a full-time regular or distance student at UCC.

Have completed at least one semester of studies with a CGPA of 2.5 or better.

Be able to demonstrate financial need and submit any supporting documents upon request.

Show evidence of being brilliant or promising, as determined by the University.

Demonstrate consistent academic progress, as assessed by UCC.
Note for Level 100 Students:
Applicants must attach both their end-of-first-semester examination results and WASSCE results.
How to Apply: MYUCC Account Activation Steps
Applicants must activate their MYUCC accounts to complete the scholarship application process. Follow these steps:

Log into your students' portal.

Navigate to the sidebar or menu within the portal.

Select the ‘eLearning’ link.

Follow the on-screen instructions to activate your account.

After activation, proceed to the scholarship login page (URL partially provided in original notice).

Log in using your registration number (lowercase) as the username.
