According to a statement released today, November 23, 2024, the presenter is accused of violating Section 208 of the Criminal Offences Act, 1960 (Act 29), which prohibits the dissemination of false information.
The police disclosed that Oheneba Nana Asiedu is currently in custody and will soon be presented before the court to face justice.
