News Just In : Abronye DC 'caged' again for 2 weeks
The Bono Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party was arraigned before an Accra Circuit court today. He's to reappear on September 26.

The Bono Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party is to reappear in court on September 26.
Kwame Baffoe, famously known as Abronye DC, has been remanded into police custody for two weeks by an Accra Circuit Court.
The court explained that the remand is to give prosecutors ample time to conduct further inquiries into the case.
Abronye, the Bono Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), was first apprehended on Monday, September 8, by the Ghana Police Service.
The arrest was on the premise of what the police described as “offensive conduct conducive to the breach of public peace.” He has remained in custody since then.
While peculiar details concerning the charges have not been publicly revealed, the case has sparked massive national uproar due to Abronye’s high-profile political portfolio and boisterous commentary on national figures.
The court ruled on Friday that he is to reappear on September 26, 2025, as probes are ongoing.
