Philip Abotsi Appeals to NDC Branch Executives in Keta Constituency

Aspiring Executive Member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Keta Constituency, Philip Abotsi, has appealed to branch executives to support his bid as preparations intensify for the upcoming constituency-level elections.

According to Philip Abotsi, the forthcoming constituency executives’ campaign will be largely centred on performance, commitment and what individual aspirants have contributed to the development and strength of the party at the grassroots level.

Reflecting on the 2024 general elections, Abotsi said he made a significant contribution to the NDC’s campaign in the Keta Constituency, particularly through his engagement with market women.

He noted that his efforts during the election period were appreciated by many party supporters and constituents, who expressed satisfaction with the work he did for the party.

Abotsi further stated that his commitment during the 2024 elections was recognised beyond the NDC. He claimed that some NPP communicators subsequently advocated for him to secure an appointment under the NDC government, which he described as an indication of the impact and visibility of his work.

“The current office I occupy is as a result of my hard work for the NDC in Keta Constituency,” Abotsi said, adding that his contribution also earned recognition from national executives of the party.

Appeal to Branch Executives

As the constituency-level campaign approaches, Philip Abotsi is calling on all NDC Branch Executives in the Keta Constituency to consider his track record and support his candidature.

He said he is seeking the opportunity to serve the party at the constituency level and contribute further to strengthening the NDC from the grassroots.

Abotsi expressed confidence that his previous work, dedication and commitment to the party provide a strong basis for his candidature.

He concluded by extending his appreciation to branch executives and asked for their support in the upcoming constituency elections.
