Bawumia Promises Nursing College and Road Projects for Nkwanta North
During a tour of Nkwanta North, NPP Presidential Candidate Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia pledged to establish a nursing college, support apprenticeships, and address local infrastructure needs.

The vice president of Ghana and presidential candidate for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, made a major promise to the residents of Nkwanta North during his ongoing tour of the Oti Region.
Addressing the public, Dr. Bawumia pledged to establish a nursing training college in the area to boost healthcare education and employment opportunities. Furthermore, Dr. Bawumia vowed to provide financed apprenticeships in the constituency and across Ghana to equip young individuals with significant skills.
Meeting with local chiefs, Muslim clerics, and traditional leaders, Dr. Bawumia also focused on infrastructure concerns, highlighting the poor roads in the area. He assured them that he would construct a road for them when given the opportunity.
Dr. Bawumia's tour of the Oti Region comes after his recent visit to the Volta Region. While he engaged with locals, he drew attention to the NPP's achievements over the last eight years, hoping to persuade the undecided voters.
