After decades of anticipation, it looks like Ghostface Killah’s Supreme Clientele 2 is finally set to arrive this August. The buzz reignited during Wu-Tang Clan’s Madison Square Garden farewell concert on Wednesday, where street team members were seen holding posters declaring, “Ghostface Killah Supreme Clientele 2 Coming August”, each featuring a QR code linking to a pre-save page.

Though Ghostface himself hasn’t formally announced the album, he added fuel to the fire by resharing the video posted by Wu-Tang executive producer and co-founder Oliver “Power” Grant, who captured the promo in action. Ghost also commented with a raising hands emoji on the post, further hinting at the album’s imminent drop.

According to fans at the group’s Boston tour stop, Ghostface reportedly told the crowd that the album would land on August 8, although that specific date hasn’t been officially confirmed by either Ghost or Mass Appeal. Still, the repeated use of "August" in promotional materials makes the release feel closer than ever.

Supreme Clientele 2 will be released under Nas’ Mass Appeal Records as part of the Legend Has It… series — a legacy-driven initiative that will also spotlight new releases from hip-hop heavyweights Mobb Deep, De La Soul, Big L, and others.

Also spotted during the MSG show was promo for Raekwon’s new album, The Emperor’s New Clothes, which drops Friday, July 18, adding to the Wu-Tang solo surge this summer.

With the streets buzzing and teasers flying, the countdown to Ghostface’s long-awaited sequel is on.
