Ofori Atta's Family Petitions INTERPOL To Reverse Red Notice
Family of former finance minister Ken Ofori Atta has petitioned INTERPOL to reverse the red notice place on him.
The family of Ghana's former Minister of Finance, Ken Ofori Atta has petitioned INTERPOL to reverse the red notice place on him citing unfairness on the part of the OSP to Kissi Agyabeng.
In a strongly worded statement, the family indicated that, the OSP has violated the rights of Ken Ofori Atta as he is under treatment of cancer.
The family also accused the OSP of not following laid down administrative procedures and also manipulation of evidence to prosecute Mr. Ken Ofori Atta.
The family further accused the OSP of disregard for judicial proceedings and denial of administrative justice.
Mr Ken Ofori Atta has who failed to return to Ghana for interrogation by the OSP citing ill health, but the OSP went ahead to declare him wanted and a fugitive of justice.
