The internal presidential primaries of the NPP were fragmented with utterances above thoughts and insults, which were worrying concerns.
According to the DKC Secretary Hopeful, the party was blessed to have the voting exercise peaceful, but what they need as a party now is a UNITY at every structural level of the party.
"Remember! True UNITY is not just about words or claims but about tangible actions that demonstrate love and care for one another. It is also not just a theoretical concept but a practical reality that is lived out in the daily lives of people". Gyakari Stated.
"Unity is a command:
Unity is not a suggestion, rather a command that requires effort and commitment. Paul, in the scriptures, write "Make every effort to keep the Unity of the spirit through the bond of peace" (Eph 4:3)". He added.
"Love is the foundation of unity,
Jesus says "By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another." Love is the key to unity, and it is demonstrated through practical actions, not just words. (John 13:35)". Mr. Benjamin Ntim Gyakari emphasized.
Bringing his statement to an end during media engagement after the NPP Presidential Primaries, the DKC Secretary Hopeful stated some Practical lifestyle examples to his party members in order to demonstrate unity:
● Serving one another
● Forgiving one another
● Caring for one another
He ended by saying, "In 1 John 3:18 it says "Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but in actions and in truth" That is the basic highlight of the importance of practical actions in demonstrating love and unity".
