Mr. Benjamin Ntim Gyakari, DKC Secretary Hopeful has said some old leaders of the NPP party should not be allowed to play the front role because, theirs mere faces create perception in the minds of the Ghanaian voters and have eaten enough, and it is enough.
According to Mr. Benjamin Ntim Gyakari, the old leaders whose behaviour, attitudes, or presence consistently drains the energies of those around leadership and general members of our party and create a toxic or unpleasant environment are the ones Sir,Sir is referring to.
"Someone would ask, how would you identify such 'negativity personality?
Be advised, "negative energy" is not a personal attack on anyone or diagnosis, but rather a way to acknowledge the impact of their behaviour on others. There are clear traceable signs or traits that manifest itself in these individuals, such as
● Emotional instability
● Destructive habits
● Lack of empathy
● Pessimism" the Incoming DKC Secretary hinted.
"Going back to the woods will not help the party in any way.
In fact, for the good path of the new to be elected administration of our party, going back to the woods will not help the course of NPP. Most of the old executives need to play the back role" Mr. Gyakari added.
He ended by saying,
NPP is full of people with new ideas, innovative thinkers, strategists, hardworking, and relentless individuals who are committed to the party 24/7, so they should find these people. The party should not get stuck in the past or rely on outdated methods and revert to old habits. There is no room to relive past glories. The world around us is changing, and we need to explore new solutions and approaches.
2028 is Dr Bawumia's year to become the next president of Ghana but he should be careful.
