The constituency chairman for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Nkoranza South, Ali Adams, a pilgrim from Nkoranza who performed this year's Hajj in Saudi Arabia, is back home healthy.

His arrival marked the beginning of the journey back home for Nkoranza pilgrims from the Holy Land.

He noted that the journey was not easy to complete its obligations, therefore thanking God for the safety and good condition of health as evident to his family and loved ones.

He expressed full appreciation to the Member of Parliament for Nkoranza South, Hon. Emmanuel Kwadwo Agyekum, who facilitated his comfort and care through the Pilgrim's welfare.

Speaking to Apiah-Kubi, Fabea FM's morning show host, during a courtesy call visit shortly after the arrival of the pilgrims, Chairman Alhaji Adams was highly elated about the smooth conduct of the Hajj operation.

"As you can see, I am in good health. Some people couldn't make it to return, but I'm back from Saudi Arabia, and I hail Allah for His protection," he expressed.

Alhaji Adams recounted his experience of the outward journey to the Hajj 2025 and his first-time participation.

"The Hajj pilgrimage is a calling. There are some who have the means to afford the journey but couldn't make it through. So, it's a privilege to be joyous for the opportunity," Alhaji Adams said.

He noted that there are many processes involved, citing the practical worship at Masjid al-Nabawi in Medina, where the Prophet Muhammad is buried, and the performance of Tawaf and other activities.

He therefore prayed for the people of Nkoranza and their family members and loved ones.
