Union Position

GRNMA says the strike will continue until the government fully commits to implementing these agreed items. The association maintains that the allowances listed are part of binding collective agreements and must not be ignored or delayed further.

We are not demanding anything new,” a GRNMA official said. “We simply want the state to respect and fulfill the obligations it has already signed off.

The strike has impacted public hospitals and clinics across Ghana, prompting concern among patients and healthcare administrators.
