Health Accountants Threaten Strike Over Conditions Of Service
The Health Accounting Staff Association Of Ghana has given the Fair Wages And Salaries Commission up to 23rd June 2025 to begin discussions with the association over conditions of service.

The Health Accounting Staff Association Of Ghana has given the Fair Wages And Salaries Commission up to 23rd June 2025 to begin discussions with the association over its conditions of service or it will embark on a strike.
Speaking to TV3 midday news, the National Secretary of the association, Kofi Fiawoyife Satsoafia stated that, the fair wages and salaries Commission has been delaying discussions on the condition of service of staff for some time now.
He further indicated that, members of the association have resolved to embark on strike action on 23rd June 2025 if nothing is done about the condition of service.
Mr. Kofi stated that, the association has written several letters to the fair wages and salaries Commission on the matter, but to no avail.
He added that, after signing agreement with the government on the conditions of service for its members, the government is dragging its fit on the matter and the association has no option than to embark on an industrial strike.
