Rumors are swirling around newly single pop star Katy Perry and former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, following their recent outing in Montreal.

The pair were spotted taking a casual stroll through Mount Royal Park on Monday, July 28, ahead of a dinner date later that evening, according to TMZ.

Photos obtained by the outlet show Trudeau, 53, dressed in jeans, a navy T-shirt, and a baseball cap, smiling as he walked alongside Perry, 40, who wore jeans, a white blouse, sun hat, and white flats. The singer was also seen cradling a small dog during the outing.

Later that night, the two were seen sharing drinks at Taverne Atlantic, where they reportedly appeared relaxed and cozy.

The sighting comes just one month after Perry ended her nine-year relationship and engagement with actor Orlando Bloom, with whom she shares a daughter.

Trudeau, meanwhile, announced his separation from wife Sophie Grégoire in August 2023 after 18 years of marriage. The former couple has three children: Xavier, 17, Ella-Grace, 16, and Hadrien, 11.

Neither Perry nor Trudeau has publicly commented on the nature of their relationship.
