President Mahama Revokes Anne Sansa Daly's Appointment to NHIA Board
The President of Ghana has revoked Anne Sansa Daly’s appointment to the NHIA Board and nominated Prof. Dr. Ernest Yorke as her replacement, effective immediately.

The President of the Republic of Ghana has officially revoked the appointment of Anne Sansa Daly as a member of the Board of the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) with immediate effect.
In a formal communication, the President directed that Professor Dr. (Med) Ernest Yorke be nominated to replace Ms. Daly as a board member of the NHIA. No official reason was cited for the revocation, but sources indicate that the decision forms part of ongoing restructuring efforts within key state institutions.
Authorities have been asked to take all necessary steps to facilitate the swearing-in and onboarding of Prof. Dr. Ernest Yorke, who is expected to bring a wealth of experience from his distinguished career in medicine and public health leadership.
