DIGITALIZATION AGENDA AND JOB CREATION SHOULD BE MARKETED VIGOROUSLY -- Benjamin Ntim Gyakari 

Mr. Benjamin Ntim Gyakari, in-coming Constituency Secretary for Dome-Kwabenya had fumed that Bawumia and NPP should begin thinking of Youth-friendly policies that will be more responsive to the needs and concerns of the young people visa-vers government development plan to transform the country should be pursued.

 Using China, Japan, and Singapore as typical references on policies driven initiatives, Mr. Gyakari Stated that the commonality considerations were based on 

 ● *Investment in Human Capital:* 

Education and training was the key factors in driving growth and development in these countries. Ghana needs to deliberately prioritise STEM education as long term goal for global industrial shifts. The STEM educational transformation agenda, which has already been implemented by Dr. Adutwum and NPP, must be expanded into every constituency.

 ● *Emphasis on Innovation and Digitalization:* 

Innovation, digital inclusion, and technological advancement should not be sidelined as one of Bawumia's vision. Rather, we have to intensify that vision with government support in IT and apprenticeship training programs to prepare the youth for smooth industrial takeoff to create jobs with define time lines.

 *Jobs and Jobs - setting up factories with local and international blend of partnership* 

We strongly need to be 'kennected'. The vision of Kennedy Agyapong should be part of table discussion for leaders to explore and start now. 

He also added that people didn't understand the 1D1F concept well because it was wrongly perceived as NPP government funded only. This is where marketing communication plays a vital role in politics. Bringing local industry players together and creating a hub for investments, Ghana can drive economic growth, create jobs, and increase its competitiveness in the global market space.
