Tragedy As Married Couple Died In Accident Hours After Wedding
A young man and his newly married wife met their untimely death hours after their wedding.

A young man and his newly married wife met their untimely death hours after their wedding after they were knocked down by a speeding vehicle in the Northern Regional Capital Tamale on Sunday evening.
According to some closed relatives of the couple who are now deceased, the two wete on a motorbike from their family house to their private home when a car crushed them on the Gurugu road, a suburb of Tamale.
The accident occurred few hours after the completion of their Islamic wedding ceremony on the same day as they could not survive the gory accident.
The bride died instantly at the spot while the groom was taken to the Hospital but could not also survive as he was pronounced dead.
According to some eye witnesses, the young boys who were driving an unregistered car knocked the couple down and made attempts to run away, but they were apprehended by residents.
