Consumers of petroleum products in Ghana have enjoyed a considerable reduction in prices for some time now with petrol currently selling at a little over 11 Cedis at most of fuel stations in the Country.

There are two major factors that determine the prices of petroleum products in the Country, which is the exchange rate and the prices of petroleum products in the World market.

On Friday, 13th June 2025, Global oil prices reportedly soar due to geopolitical tensions between Israel and Iran.
