Court Dismissed Ofori Atta's Application Against OSP
The Human Rights Courts in Accra has today dismissed an application filed by former finance minister Ken Ofori Atta against the Office of special prosecuter (OSP).

The Human Rights Court in Accra has today dismissed an application filed by former finance minister Ken Ofori Atta against the Office of special prosecuter (OSP).
The application by lawyers of Mr. Ken Ofori Atta sought to prevent the office of special prosecuter (OSP) from declaring him wanted ahead of his scheduled appearance on June 2nd 2025.
In the suit filed by Mr. Ken Ofori Atta, he asked the human rights Court to restrain the OSP from issuing a wanted notice and from circulating his image online. But the court dismissed the suit filed by Mr. Ken Ofori Atta.
The dismissed application forms part of series of civil suits he filed against the OSP.
Mr. Ken Ofori Atta is currently under INTERPOL red notice after he was redeclared wanted by the OSP.
