Gospel Artist Nacee Endorses John Mahama's Policies

Renowned gospel artist Nacee, known for his powerful musical influence and political campaign tracks, has expressed his confidence in the policies of John Dramani Mahama, the flagbearer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC).

In an interview with Channel One TV ahead of his performance at the NDC’s manifesto launch in Winneba, Nacee affirmed his belief in Mahama's ability to deliver on his promises.

"Yes, I believe Mahama can do it… Looking at his records, I am very optimistic that he can do it," Nacee, born Nana Osei, stated. His endorsement is notable given his history of producing popular campaign songs for Mahama, including hits like "E dey bee," "Onaapo," and "Mahama Okada," which have resonated widely with the public.

Nacee's relationship with Mahama dates back to 2012, marking a long-standing collaboration in political music. Despite his current alignment with Mahama, Nacee has a history of working with individuals from various political backgrounds, including former President John Agyekum Kufuor, showcasing his versatility and broad appeal in the Ghanaian music industry.

As the NDC prepares to unveil its manifesto, Nacee’s endorsement adds a layer of cultural significance to the political event, highlighting the intersection of music and politics in Ghana's vibrant democracy.
