The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) has officially released admissions for undergraduate programs for the 2025/2026 academic year, bringing relief and excitement to thousands of applicants across Ghana and beyond.
The admissions list was published on the university’s portal on December 12, 2025. Successful applicants can now log into the KNUST admissions portal to confirm their status and download admission letters. The university has advised applicants to carefully review instructions regarding fee payment, hall/hostel booking, and course registration.
Fee Payment: First-year students are required to pay their academic fees in full before the start of the semester.
Accommodation: The accommodation portal will be activated soon, allowing students to book halls or hostels.
Registration: Students must complete online course registration before reporting to campus in early January 2026.
KNUST has clarified that applicants with “Admission in Progress” status should continue checking the portal, as updates are being rolled out in phases. The university has also reminded applicants that once an admission offer is declined, it cannot be reversed.
