President John Dramani Mahama is billed to hold his first presidential media encounter in his second term on Wednesday, 10 September 2025.

The session, according to the Minister for Government Communications, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, will give journalists the opportunity to ask the President on his policy initiatives, his “Resetting Ghana Agenda,” and a range of peculiar national matters.

An official communique issued by the Minister mentioned that the platform is crafted to enable President Mahama to engage the Ghanaian people through the press on crucial national issues, his strategic policies, and pending development projects.

Participation in the event will be strictly by accreditation.

“The Presidency looks forward to a productive and engaging session with the media,” the communique added.
