STUDY HARD, PARAMOUNT CHIEF ENCOURAGES WASSCE CANDIDATES

Paramount chief of offuman traditional council Nana kwaku Gyan Brokuo II in the Bono-East Region, has extended wishes and encouragement to final-year senior high school (SHS) students of Offuman who are writing this year's West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).

The Paramount Chief encouraged the candidates to remain focused and uphold integrity during the exam period.

Speaking in an interview with Asona Dehyie Kwateng, the Paramount Chief Nan Gyan Brorkour II charged the students to overcome fear and anxiety, reminding them to trust in their abilities and apply the knowledge their dedicated teachers have instilled in them.

"Education remains the most powerful tool to shape our future. 'I encourage you all to stay focused and believe in yourselves,' he advised.

He emphasised the importance of integrity and discipline, urging students not to involve themselves in any dishonest practices.

Nana kwaku Gyan Brokuo II appealed to the youth of Offuman to refrain from using hard drugs, particularly "Red", the latest form of tramadol being abused.
