Tragedy in Port Harcourt: Five UNIPORT Students Killed in Road Crash
At least five individuals, believed to be students of the University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT), have lost their lives in a tragic road accident.
The incident occurred on Monday, July 28, along the Eliozu–Rumuokoro Road in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Reports indicate that a shuttle bus transporting the students crashed into a stationary trailer.
Footage from the scene shows officers of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) recovering bodies and placing them into a van.
As of now, authorities have not released an official statement or confirmed the identities of the victims.
