Wife Of Ofori Atta Confirms Successful Surgery Of Her Husband
The wide Ghana's former Minister of Finance and Ken Ofori Atta has confirmed that, her husband has undergone a successful cancer surgery at Mayo Clinic in the United States of America.

The wife of Ghana's former Minister of Finance, Prof. Mrs. Angela Ofori Atta has confirmed that, her husband has undergone a successful cancer surgery at Mayo Clinic in the United States of America.
In press releas signed by the Mrs. Ofori Atta, she indicated that, Mr. Ken Ofori Atta underwent the cancer surgery on Friday 13th June 2025 which took about 4 hours to be conducted by doctors.
She also indicated that, the surgery was successful and her husband is currently under recovery after the surgery and his doctors continue to monitor him.
The former Minister of Finance through his lawyers wrote to the Office of Special prosecuter (OSP) stating that, he can't honour an invitation for interrogation by the OSP due to the planned surgery which was scheduled to take place on 13th June 2025.
This follows a similar request by Mr. Ofori Atta earlier in February after the OSP invited him for questioning. His lawyers indicated that he could only answer the questions via virtually all but the OSP turned down the option to do so.
Subsequently, the OSP redeclared him wanted and he was listed on red notice by INTERPOL.
