DCE Fights NDC Executives Over school feeding slots

The District Chief Executive for Garu District, Hon. Ali Haruna and the NDC Constituency Executives are fighting over who should get slots for the school feeding programme in the district.

In a widely circulated viral video on social media, the DCE is captured arguing with the NDC Constituency Executives in a meeting. 

This has raised concerns among party members in the Garu constituency as this has the tendency to divide the rank and file of the ruling party in area. 

Some concerned party members who are not happy about the development are calling on the National leadership of the party to intervene to ensure that, sanity prevails in the district. 

Garu is not only district facing problems over the school feeding slots. For instance, in the Yendi Constituency, the DCE for the area was also in similar disagreements with part members last week. 

It is not clear how the slots for the school feeding programme is distributed in the various districts, but it appears party executives and district chief executives are glamoring over who should take the slots available in the various districts.
