OSP Orders Ken Ofori-Atta to Report by June 2 or Face INTERPOL Red Notice
The Office of the Special Prosecutor has warned Ken Ofori-Atta to appear in person by June 2, 2025, or face being declared a fugitive and listed on INTERPOL Red Notice.
The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has issued a stern ultimatum to former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta, directing him to appear in person at its headquarters on Monday, June 2, 2025, or face dire consequences, including international arrest through INTERPOL.
The announcement came via an official communique on Sunday, June 1, warning that failure to comply will result in Ofori-Atta being reinstated on the OSP's wanted list and declared a fugitive from justice.
“Should Mr. Ofori-Atta fail to honour this summons, the office will initiate procedures for an INTERPOL Red Notice,” the OSP stated.
