The introduction of a revamped gazette with enhanced security features and a new 24‑hour express option boosted demand and curbed the circulation of fake documents.

Under the leadership of Managing Director Nana Kwasi Boatey Esq., the company implemented stringent cost‑containment measures.

Total expenditure fell from GH¢57 million in 2024 to GH¢53 million in 2025.

Administrative expenses dropped by more than 35%, from GH¢11.09 million to GH¢7.16 million.

Other operational costs, including hotel, subscription, and medical expenses, recorded declines of over 70 percent.

Financial Impact

Gross profit surged nearly 50 percent, from GH¢23.38 million in 2024 to GH¢35.01 million in 2025.

Operating profit rose dramatically from GH¢2.95 million to GH¢19.58 million.

After accounting for an income tax expense of GH¢4.48 million, the company closed the year with its highest net profit in recent history.

Industry observers describe the performance as a major rebound for the state‑owned enterprise. The company’s total assets also grew by 27%, from GH¢107 million to GH¢135 million, reinforcing confidence in its long‑term sustainability.
